Arch Empire is an elite beauty salon located in the Town of Manlius specializing in facials, permanent cosmetics and variety of other beauty services. 

Arch Empire’s principal owner and lead artist - Holly - is a former print and show model with years of experience in the makeup arts and is a second generation beauty professional. She attended Shear Ego International Beauty School and is licensed by New York State in Esthetics . Holly is AAM board certified and is certified 7x through Phi Academy in New York City which is ranked the number one school in the world  for permanent cosmetics. She has also been awarded the title of Phi Royal Artist!
